I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which features clean and comfortable rooms. The location is great, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I found the dining options a bit limited. Overall, it's a good value for money, though improvements in the dining experience would make it even better.

I had a decent stay at this hotel with a clean room and a great location close to the monorail station and several shops. The staff was friendly and quick to provide extra pillows upon request, but the smoking smell in the room was quite strong, which was off-putting. While the dining options were limited, the meals we had were satisfactory overall. I found the value for money to be reasonable despite a few drawbacks.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean but had a strong smell of smoke. It felt similar to standard hotel rooms I've experienced in the US and Europe, although it was a bit on the smaller side.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and helpful, and they provided harder pillows immediately upon request, although their English was not very strong.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the Omoromachi monorail station and a decent walk from the main street, Kokusaidori. There are many markets and rental car offices nearby, making it easy to navigate Naha.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were limited to Western and Japanese styles that weren't always available, but the Japanese meals were quite good.
Facilities

Facility-wise, it had the basics covered, but nothing too luxurious stood out.

I found the hotel to be in a great spot, really close to the Omoromachi monorail station and local amenities. The rooms were a bit outdated but comfortable enough for my stay. The service could use some improvement in communication, but the staff was generally friendly. While the dining options were limited, I appreciated the variety offered. Overall, I think it was decent value for money considering the location and comfort.

The hotel offered a clean and comfortable stay, and I found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for accessing local shops and tourist spots, but the dining options left something to be desired as the breakfast was limited. Overall, it provides good value for money, especially for those who plan to explore the area.

I really appreciated the location, as it was easy to get to tourist spots like Shurijo Castle Park and was close to shopping and dining options.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were limited, mainly offering Japanese and Western styles, which wasn't always available, but the quality was decent.

The facilities were acceptable but could use some updates; I felt there were things under maintenance that should have been addressed.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which was clean and comfortable, making it feel just like the hotel rooms I'm used to in the US. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was unbeatable-just a short walk to the monorail station and close to shops. However, the dining options weren't the best, and the rooms seemed like they hadn't been updated since the 80s. Still, it was a solid value for money.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms felt spacious compared to the usual Japanese standards, although the furnishings seemed to be stuck in the 80s. It was a bit tight with three large bags, but overall, they were clean and comfortable.
Service
9.0
The staff were super friendly and quick to assist. They even helped me reserve a taxi for the next morning.
Location
10.0
The location is fantastic-only three minutes from the monorail station and very close to several large shopping malls in Naha as well as local amenities.
Dining
5.0
While the dining experience had nice relaxing music, the food selection wasn't great, and it felt a little pricey.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has decent facilities overall; however, I didn't get a chance to utilize them fully.
